Jared and marcus fernandez began writing songs together in 1999 and officially formed Emporium in 2001. Although they grew up in the Houston-galveston area (DICKINSON), Emporium is a san antonio-based band. Multiple line-up changes have crippled their consistency, but the steadfast creative core has never wavered. Emporium will release their first full-length CD in october 2006 and will follow with a heavy dose of live shows across the region.
